Rick loves meat. I love animals. To deal with this, I have slowly been converting Rick into a vegetarian (please do not tell him). I have discovered there is really only one thing you need to do to achieve success: make good food. Rick thinks that a vegetarian meal is a bowl of chick peas, maybe with a side of lettuce, so when I feed him something delicious he tends not to notice that it’s vegetarian. It’s all very sneaky.
I love Martha Stewart. I love her even more now because she has just put out a vegetarian cook book. In honour of this, I made her Grilled Vegetable Tostadas this week.
